At this time we have all seasons available including our prime winter (ski) and summer (school vacation time) as well as the spring and autumn (fall) weeks available for sale in the beautiful Rocky Mountains.
We are running special prices on many of our one bedroom / loft units. Prices include the first year maintenance assessment and recording costs for red and white weeks. Prices include two years maintenance assesment on blue weeks as well as the recording fee. Units with two bedrooms are not avaiable at this time.
Prices for weeks listed for sale by owner are listed by their prices and are shown with an *. Owner weeks also include the first year's maintenance as well as the recording fee in the price.
All units have Friday check ins and check outs.
An information form will be sent to you via fax, email or mail in order for us to prepare your deed. Please allow 4 weeks for your deed to arrive.
